Customers are not permitted to use the rides without proper swimming costumes. Only nylon & lycra swimwear are allowed on ride/slide.
Lockers & Costumes are available on rent.
Any kinds of medical ailments and conditions need to be declared before entering the park.
The price and other terms and conditions can be changed by the management without prior notice.
Any form of jewellery, wearable accessories and loose item are not allowed on rides/slide.
Rights of admissions are reserved with the management.
Management will not be responsible for the loss or damages to any article while visiting any of the attractions.
The Water Park accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit Cards and Net Banking for transactions made / being made online for booking at website. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.
It is mandatory to carry the email/SMS confirmation of e-ticket to the ticket counters to avail entry to the parks. Online bookings will be verified at the Special Ticket Counter and after verification actual tickets will be allocated to the guests. There is no refund for the online bookings.
It is mandatory to carry the card from which booking was made in original with a valid Indian ID Proof for Authenticity.
A maximum of 20 tickets can be purchased on a single transaction. The Water Park may however, vary or amend the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased on a single transaction considering the functionality factor. Tickets are available for Single Entry of Atlantic Water World New Delhi.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. The Water Park does not refund or adjust the amount against any other event or ticket after a ticket has been purchased by the User.
Some Orders will be processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, the Water Park's customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If the Water Park is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, the Water Park may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
The Water Park reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions for using the Water Park’s services. The Water Park further reserves the right to alter any and or all fees from time to time, without notice.
Children with height 3 feet and above will require a separate ticket. No ticket shall be required in case the height of a child is less than 90 centimeter. The Water Park may however change the height criteria at any time without any notice
The Water Park does not have any exchange or refund policy and prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Email confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email. This needs to be shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket(s).
SMS confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an SMS. The SMS details need to be shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket(s).
• Validity: Bookings will be valid only for the date of visit chosen by you during the online transaction.
Offer tickets booked/purchased are valid for same day visit only!
Cancellation Policy: Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
Promo code might have a start and end date.
The Water Park reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
Offer may not be combined with other offers. Each promo code applies only to qualifying items.
Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold. Promo Code Discount is not applicable on Senior Citizen Tickets.
Those need to be booked separately without using the Promo Code.
If you violate any of the offer terms, the offer will be invalid.
